As stated on the front page, we don't look for problems with your restaurant instead we look for opportunities to make something better.  We have found that this aproach allows both teams involved in the restaurant consulting process to look at the project as a matter of growth than of critique.

The first step in our process is a simple SWOT analysis with a set of business recomendations. This intial analysis takes about 5 hours of our time per business, and we do this free of charge.  Included in this analysis is a set of recomended services for your company.

All restaurant consulting services require 50% upfront and then the other 50% must be in an escrow account before final files will be submitted for revue.    We do accept pay pal.
