The short you can make bar-codes (for free) and anyone with a mobile phone and a camera can download software (also free) to scan these bar-codes you put in your ads.

Sooo use your imagination and use the technology.  If you don't your competitor will.

Why not use these on the bottom of receipts to send mobile users to your surveys right away.  That way you get more data capture from your guests and your marketing list grows.  How about making stickers and posting them at your retail stores and toher partners around the town.  Give clue to locations of all stickers over the course of a couple weeks.  The winner wins some prize.    Partner with multiple businesses and some media (radio would be good) and you have yourself a recognizable promotion.  It needs some work, but you can take it and run with it.  Need help, you know where I am at.
